While we do not offer automatic refunds, we may consider partial or full reimbursement under specific conditions, such as:
A session was not delivered as agreed, due to our scheduling error or internal issue
A payment was charged in error or duplicated
A cancellation request was submitted at least 24 hours prior to the agreed session time
Each case is reviewed individually, based on communication records and the original agreement. Refunds will only be issued back to the original method of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
You change your mind after a consultation has already been completed
You are dissatisfied with the outcome or advice (since results depend on implementation, context, and external factors)
A session is missed or canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time
You failed to provide necessary information or attend a scheduled meeting
InkBrief services are not performance-based or outcome-guaranteed, and refunds are not issued based on subjective expectations.
4. Service Modifications or Rescheduling
We understand that business needs change. If you wish to reschedule a confirmed session, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. In many cases, sessions can be moved without penalty within a reasonable timeframe. If rescheduling is not possible, and cancellation is necessary, we may offer a partial refund depending on the situation and the notice given.
5. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed within 7–10 business days
You will be notified by email with confirmation
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method — no cash refunds or transfers
No processing fees are charged for eligible refunds.
6. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any refund-related issue directly and respectfully. If a client feels that a refund request was not handled fairly, they are encouraged to contact us with supporting details. We review all such inquiries promptly.
